1 c mayo (I use light)
1 c grated real Parmesan cheese
1 box frozen spinach thawed and drained
2 cloves garlic
1 can marinated artichoke hearts (the small glass jar) coarsely chopped
1 can diced green chili's (optional)
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
serve warm with corn chips or toasted pita bread
