Peter's Popovers

1/2-cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2-cup milk
1 egg

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Beat ingredients together with rotary beater just until smooth. Over beating reduces volume. Pour into well-greased deep muffin cups. 3/4 full. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve warm.
